With SMTrue(TM) Vision Assist alignment system, double-sided nesting kit, and alignment system, SPR-45VA provides SMT and PCB assemblers with speed and reproducibility required for solder paste printing applications down to 12 mil pitch components. Axial stencil to board registration with dual or single camera assist allows for accurate printing of 0201s, ultra micro BGAs, CSPs, and 15 mil pitch QFPs, with adjustment for board tolerance variation in X, Y, and Theta.

The APS Novastar SPR-45VA with its SMTrue Vision Assist alignment system provides SMT and PCB assemblers with the speed, ease-of-use and reproducibility they require for solder paste printing applications down to 12 mil pitch components. The SPR-45VA provides axial stencil to board registration with dual or single camera assist to allow for accurate printing of 0201s, ultra micro BGAs, CSPs, and 15 mil pitch QFPs with easy adjustment for board tolerance variation in X, Y and Theta. The SPR-45VA operates in a user-friendly environment addressing a wide variety of screen printing alignment mark registrations. Pneumatic control of pressure, speed and angle-of-attack dual squeegee system delivers consistent results for the most taxing production or prototyping printing applications.
