Reliable, Cost-effective Solution for Compressor Draining!!

Accumulated water in the compressor tank is a problem for all Industrial Facilities. Failure to drain the tank regularly leads to a number of costly problems including reduced compressor and tank life, higher operating and maintenance costs, and carryover of water into the compressed air lines.

The solution is regular draining of the tank. Manual draining is a hassle and is often overlooked. Float type drains are unreliable; they clog, leak air and are a maintenance nightmare.

Motor Guard offers a cost-effective and reliable solution to your tank drain problems. The RF-2011 Automatic Drain features an electrically operated solenoid valve with adjustable drain time control. The valve is a high-quality, positive shut-off design that won't clog or leak. The solid-state, adjustable drain control also features a manual override. Just set it and forget it, your tank will be dry forever.

Installation is quick and easy. The 1/4" valve easily adapts to the existing drain piping and connects to a 110-volt power supply with the convenient cord and plug. A brass Y-strainer is included to trap sludge and debris upstream of the drain.
