While Julabo recirculating chiller controls temperature, and vacuum controller regulates vacuum/pressure. Motor speed controls Heidolph RZR or Caframo BDC stir motor, and reaction pH can also be monitored. Full reaction can be programmed into system and run, and resulting data will be logged automatically.

Vineland, NJ - Ace Glass Incorporated introduces a new, automated, 20-liter pilot plant design that incorporates a system that fully controls several parameters: motor speed and torque, vacuum/pressure, and both reaction and chiller temperatures.
The temperature is controlled through a Julabo recirculating chiller, and the vacuum/pressure is controlled through an integral vacuum controller. The motor speed controls a Heidolph RZR or Caframo BDC stir motor. The other parameter is time: you can stop or start a reaction automatically. Reaction pH can also be monitored. A full reaction can be programmed into the system and run, and it will be data-logged automatically. Other parameters for dosing and running pumps, etc., are available.
