With minimum size of 4 x 4 x 1/32 in. and maximum size of 11 x 14 x 4 in., ODM Super Sticker(TM) is capable of producing up to 600 books/hour. Self-adjusting system features control panel, roller glue station for rounded and backed books, and 3-position blade height control. Glue stations are removable to facilitate clean up, and optional extra paste attachment for additional hot melt adhesive in joint area is available.

ODM Super Sticker(TM) (casing-in) machine has been engineered for automation. It's simple to operate, self-adjusting and requires no special skills or make ready. Ideal for high volume hard cover bookbinding production. This cost-effective, casing-in machine can produce up to 600 books per hour. The Super Sticker(TM) has an optional auto-feed attachment that works seamlessly with ODM's high volume building-in Super Smasher(TM) machine.
