Automated balancing machines that incorporate servo control capabilities facilitate access to set-up and data for each job while also enabling changeover of parts with one button touch. This allows shorter production runs of different components to be carried out on one machine. Changeover time on KISS-234 automatic propshaft balancer can take as little as 5-10 min, while times are reduced to around 15 sec on semi-automatic vertical models.

Balancing Solutions to Beat the Credit Crunch
