Used to apply Glue Dots Brand Adhesives, SD-900(TM) offers application flexibility. Continuous and intermittent application is supported in both vertical and horizontal orientations, and automatic speed matching ensures ±3/32 in. dot placement accuracy at rate of 300 applications/min. Number and sequence of Glue Dots being applied is adjustable via rotary switch. SD-900 is engineered to seamlessly integrate into both new and existing automated production lines.
