Universal Autofeed Screw System Ideal Drywall Applications

A new autofeed screw system for use in multiple applications including drywall has been introduced by PAM Fastening Technology.

PAM Fastening Model SS2K is ideal for quick drywall installation and metal framing in light construction. The SS2K can reduce construction times by up to 50% when compared to traditional methods of hanging drywall.

The SS2K's lightweight design reduces fatigue and is nimble to fit into tighter work areas without difficulty. For professional drywallers and remodelers, this makes the unit ideal for drywall-to-wood and drywall-to-steel applications.

"PAM's patented countersink system--one of the longest lasting drive bits available--solid steel components and Milwaukee 4000 RPM drive gives the SS2K a reputation of high durability," commented Lee Stegall, Sales Manager. "The SS2K is part of a product family designed with quality in mind."

Together with PAM's precision countersink system, the SS2K combines the most requested features with a compact easy to use tool. Bit changing is easy and done through a tool-free process, eliminating the need for additional parts that can easily be lost.

The SS2K will accommodate a wide variety of drive screws from 1" to 2" and in #6, #7 and #8 diameters.
