Supplied in 18.96 x 22.69 x 19.88 in. aluminum chassis, RME13 is 16-slot OpenVPX(TM)/VITA 65 rackmount enclosure that meets ANSI/VITA 65 power and cooling requirements for 6U 150 W OpenVPX modules. Designed is specified for OpenVPX development applications, offering 18+ cfm/slot airflow with lower front air intake and rear exhaust. With operating range of 0 to +55°C, enclosure accommodates full 6U, 16-slot, 1 in. pitch backplane, with rear transition module support.

Curtiss-Wright Controls Adds New 16-Slot OpenVPX(TM) Rugged Chassis to Hybricon® Family
LITTLETON, MA -- Curtiss-Wright Controls Electronic Systems (CWCEL), a business group of Curtiss-Wright Controls and a leading designer and manufacturer of rugged deployed subsystems for the aerospace and defense market, has announced the availability of the newest addition to its Hybricon® family of rugged chassis. The RME13 is a 16-slot OpenVPX(TM)/VITA 65 rackmount enclosure. Designed for OpenVPX development applications, the RME13 meets stringent ANSI/VITA 65 power and cooling requirements for 6U 150 W OpenVPX modules.

Measuring 18.96" (W) x 22.69" (H) x 19.88" (D), the RME13 chassis is constructed of aluminum.
This enclosure is designed for an operating temperature range of 0°C to 55°C.
