Redesigned AirMist(TM)
The Lechler AirMist(TM) air atomizing spray nozzle has been redesigned to provide increased flexibility and improved reliability. The body is now round and can be easily combined with any of the interchangeable aircaps that go with it to create a wide choice of spray patterns, flow rates, and coverages. The AirMist provides:
o A consistent, precision spray mist with very fine droplets created through the collision of fluid and metered air.
o Selection of an internal or external mix model and a flat or round spray pattern for greater performance control of the spray.
o Optional accessories for shut-off control and cleanout.
The AirMist nozzle is especially appropriate for spraying applications which require coating, cooling, or humidification. Its even coverage makes coating consistent and its very fine droplets can either promote product cooling or increase air humidification. The AirMist comes standard in a choice of stainless steel and nickel-plated brass materials.
