Designed for monitoring and positioning of vehicles, machinery, goods, or containers on worldwide basis, G.A.P.S comes with embedded antennas and internal rechargeable battery with operating time of 2-6 months, depending of operating mode. With IP65 enclosure and low temperature electronics, unit can operate in harsh outdoor environments.

Free2Move announces the launch of G.A.P.S, a global asset positioning system, based on GSM/GPS. The device enables full control over important and valuable equipment as vehicles, machinery, gods and containers.
G.A.P.S. is a completely embedded tracking device for monitoring and positioning of vehicles, machinery, gods, containers etc. on a worldwide basis. With embedded battery and antennas and with a discreet exterior, the G.A.P.S. can be mounted on any valuable good without drawing attention. The internal rechargeable battery gives an operating time (depending of operating mode) of 2-6 months.
On board is a motion sensor that detects any movement. Optional sensors can be e.g. temperature for cold chain supervision and /or alarm. The embedded microphone gives remote listening means.
On board is a computer with the application software, which can be tailored by Free2move to customer demands, and downloaded over air. With a robust IP65 enclosure and low temp electronics the G.A.P.S. can operate in a harsh outdoor environment.
The position is received by SMS, Email and GPRS.
