Ripley Introduces Line of CAT-Multimedia Compression Assembly Tools
New tool based on popular CAT platform aimed at Multimedia Markets
Cromwell, CT - Ripley Company's Cablematic® division is pleased to introduce its new line of CAT-Multimedia Compression Assembly Tools designed for use on 59/6 "F" and manufacturer specific RCA and BNC connectors, all with the same tool.
The CAT-Multimedia tools are based on the popular and field proven Cablematic® CAT Series with high strength aluminum bodies and spring loaded split jaws that position the cable and connector for easy insertion and removal.
The CAT-Multimedia tools provide for fast and efficient cable assembly compression. The user can go between assembling "F" type, RCA and BNC connectors with no special adapters or adjustments with Digicon/F-Conn, Corning Gilbert and PPC models. Holland, Liberty Wire & Cable and Thomas & Betts models do require an adapter. All tools are color coded for easy identification and are factory calibrated and set to provide many years of fail safe use in the multimedia environment.
