Lower Cost, Semi-Automatic Aseptic Liquid Filling System Eliminates Human Interface in Small Batch Filling Operations

Burlington, VT: The compact Model FP50 mid-range tabletop liquid filling system available from Flexicon America, Inc. offers a cost-effective mid-range package filling alternative that fits between high speed automation and manual, operator-dependent filling systems, at less than half the price of an automatic system.

Semi-automated aseptic dispensing, filling, and plugging operations eliminate the concerns caused by human operator/product interface by providing non-human contact in the filling of liquid product into vials or bottles.

The compact, space-saving FP50 features a peristaltic dispenser that enables fast, easy setup and quick product changeover. A precision turntable infeed, in-line filling station, and a rubber plug closure applicator have been designed to remove the risk of operator contamination and eliminate repetitive motion injuries. Vials are filled at the rate of 30 ppm.
