August 11, 2005 - Designed to facilitate process of framing arches for builders, Flex-C Arch utilizes technology of Flex-C Trac® and Flex-C Plateā¢ systems, which provide flexible metal track or plate for use with wood or metal studs. Product can be shaped by hand and can be formed ahead of time or at jobsite. Standard sizes are 2 x 4, 2 x 6, 3.625, and 6 in. Additional sizes include 2.5, 4, 2 x 8, 2 x 10, and 2 x 12 in. Standard lengths are 5 and 8 ft.

New Flex-C Arch Available from Flex-Ability Concepts
Flex-Ability Concepts, Oklahoma City, has introduced Flex-C Arch, a new product that allows builders to frame arches in a fraction of the time required by traditional methods.
Flex-C Arch accommodates virtually all doorway and window arch applications and applies the patented technology of the Flex-C Trac® and Flex-C Plateā¢ systems. Flex-C Trac and Flex-C Plate provide an easy way for builders to frame high quality curves by utilizing a simple, flexible metal track or plate for use with wood or metal studs.
Standard Flex-C Arch sizes are 2"x 4", 2"x 6", 3.625" and 6". Additional sizes including 2.5", 4", 2"x 8", 2"x 10" and 2"x 12" are also available. Standard lengths are 5' and 8'.
Flex-C Arch is sturdy and well constructed yet can be easily shaped by hand. Arches can be formed ahead of time or created on the jobsite. Either way, builders are assured of increased production and accuracy.
