Able to generate 50 MHz sine waves and 10 MHz arbitrary waveforms, Model 645 also offers conventional capabilities of pulse, ramp, triangle, noise, and DC waveforms; AM, FM, PM (PSK), FSK, and PWM modulation; and linear and logarithmic sweeps and burst. Unit addresses applications such as benchtop research and development, radar simulation, circuit testing, custom waveform generation, and throughput and response measurements.
