Aqueous Cleaning Products Remove Residue From Metal Components
A full line of biodegradable aqueous cleaning products for removing oxides, oils, polishing pastes and other residue from precision metal parts is being introduced by Technotrade International, Inc. of Manchester, New Hampshire.
Deconex® Cleaning Products For Metals include over 30 different formulations, each matched to specific process functions such as pre-cleaning, degreasing, demulsifying, brightening, removing polymers and final cleaning. Typically used in ultrasonic cleaning and spraying equipment, they are concentrated for dilution from 1 to 4% depending upon the substrate and application.
Suitable for all metal, glass and plastic components, Deconex® Cleaning Products For Metals can be custom-matched for a particular process by Technotrade in their laboratory. Factors considered include the process function, type of cleaning equipment and material compatibility. Samples are then provided for validating efficacy at the customer's facility.
