April 1, 2003 - D-Greeze AC 2603 targets greases, lubricating oils, waxy films, honing oils, bending oils, and drawing compounds. It reduces surface tension, so that bond between soil and metal surface is easily broken. Emulsified oils do not surface during cleaning operation and cleaned parts can be removed without being recontaminated. Cleaner is non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-reactive, non-flammable, biodegradable and non-hazardous. It has no air pollution potential and contains no VOCs.

Fast Acting Aqueous Cleaner

Peabody, MA (March 2003)...D-Greeze AC 2603 Aqueous Concentrate now available from Solvent Kleene, Inc. provides fast, economical removal of a wide range of organic soils from ferrous and non-ferrous metal surfaces. D-Greeze AC 2603 targets soils such as greases, lubricating oils, waxy films, honing oils, bending oils, stamping oils, drawing compounds and more. The dilution ratio can be adjusted to provide maximum efficiency while minimizing cleaner replacement costs.

Unlike other aqueous cleaners, D-Greeze AC 2603 is designed to reduce surface tension, so that the bond between the soil and the metal surface is easily broken. This reduced surface tension enables the cleaner to pull soils away from the surface and emulsify the oils, leaving the parts clean. The emuisified oils do not surface during the cleaning operation and the cleaned parts can be removed without being recontaminated.

D-Greeze AC 2603 is non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-reactive, non-flammable, biodegradable and non-hazardous. It has no air pollution potential and contains no VOCs. It has no SARA reportable components and is not CERCLA reportable. It can be used on a wide range of painted and unpainted metals, including: Dichromate-treated Titanium, Copper, Brass, Stainless Steel. Carbon Steel, Aluminum, Anodized Aluminum, Magnesium and more.
