Bold Step systems are permanent footway solutions, ideal for new construction as well as to repair and replace stairways and walkway surfaces.
Engineered with a rugged, long-lasting aluminum platform, Bold Step system surfaces use an epoxy-based filler that can accommodate designers' needs for vibrant and even custom colors.
Choose from eight standard colors, or specify your own palette to meet custom designs or match the identifying colors of sports teams and businesses. The colors in the Bold Step epoxy-based filler surface defy the effects of heavy foot traffic and severe weather, including bombardment by strong UV rays. Factory design experts also may be able to arrange for specific multi-color patterns.
The anti-slip surface holds up even in very heavy traffic patterns, and effectively resists damage after repeated exposure to chemicals and solvents. Bold Step systems can also save time and money on maintenance because the surface is non-porous, making it faster and easier to clean than cement.
Bold Step stair treads, stair nosings and safety walkway treads can be used both outdoors and indoors, anchored easily and securely into cement or wood. Systems are available in lengths up to 10 feet, and widths from 3/4 inch up to 11 inches. Check with the factory about custom size requirements.
