New King Cobra(TM) Winter Spray System Reduces Labor, Chemical Usage

CANTON, OHIO - December 2006 - Midwest Industrial Supply introduced the King Cobra(TM) Winter Spray System, the next generation of its exclusive conveyor belt anti-icing systems. This new system prevents cold temperatures from causing belt surface friction loss as well as ice build-up on pulleys and idlers. The King Cobra is also used for anti-icing and de-icing conveyor belts in winter weather conditions.

With its processor handling temperature changes automatically, the King Cobra is programmed to measure outside ambient temperature fluctuations and adjusts system parameters, eliminating the need for re-adjustment by personnel. This results in minimum labor and maximum efficiency by substantially reducing chemical usage.

The King Cobra virtually eliminates shutdowns, hand spraying, and the need for personnel to constantly monitor the conveyor belt during extreme weather conditions. It assures maximum protection with minimum chemical usage.

Midwest also offers the Cobra Auto-Spray, Cobra "Press and Go", and the Cobra Manual Spray Systems to meet individual needs. Since Midwest custom manufactures all Cobra Spray Systems, users can upgrade all older systems to the King Cobra.

For over 30 years, Midwest Industrial Supply Inc. has been an industry leader in providing solutions for anti-icing/de-icing, dust control, soil stabilization and erosion control that improves customers' operational efficiency and operation costs while achieving environmental integrity and compliance in a variety of industries.
