October 18, 2012 - Operating from 3–8 bar, PLA Series 2-Finger Parallel Grippers feature stroke range from 12–20 mm and gripping force from 1,200–2,900 N at 6 bar. Repeatability accuracy is 0.05 mm over 100 cycles. Housings are made of high tensile hard-coated aluminum alloy, hard anodized and are completely maintenance-free for first 1.5 million cycles.

New 2-Finger Angular Grippers

New Hyde Park, NY -- A new series of 2-finger parallel grippers from Techno-Omil feature a spring activated grip force safety device. Identified as the PLA.... Series, these grippers feature a stroke range of from 12 mm to 20 mm and a gripping force of from 1200 N to 2900 N at 6 bar. Their range of operating pressure is from 3 to 8 bar. Repeatability accuracy is 0.05 mm over 100 cycles. The housings are made of high tensile hard-coated aluminum alloy, hard anodized and are completely maintenance free for the first 1.5 million cycles.
