Designed for handling 2 different parts simultaneously, Models SW50D4, SW74D4, SW100D4, SW150D4, SW190D8 have pivoting transfer plate with mounting surfaces positioned at 90° angle to each other. Pivoting plate rotates 180° when pneumatic pressure is applied. With torque ratings from 1.5-110 Nm, products feature built-in, 4-port rotary manifold (8-port on SW190D8), shock absorbers, center through-hole, and proximity-switch mounting brackets.

New Series of Angled Swivel Units from Techno-Sommer Automatic Solve a Myriad of Specialized Applications
New Hyde Park, New York-A new series of angled swivel units from Techno-Sommer Automatic are designed for load/unload applications or for handling 2 different parts simultaneously. The series of swivel units each have a pivoting transfer plate with mounting surfaces positioned at a 90° angle to each other. The pivoting plate rotates 180° when pneumatic pressure is applied. This swivel system allows the designer to use two different gripper configurations at either end of the swivel plate for the handling of finished and unfinished parts, for example, the angled swivels are ideal for use in machine loading and unloading applications, applications requiring multiple grippers and "pick and place" applications between transfer lines.
Identified as the Models SW50D4, SW74D4, SW100D4, SW150D4, SW190D8 they feature torque ratings of 1.5 Nm, 5.5 Nm, 15 Nm, 46 Nm, and 110 Nm respectively (@6 bar).
All units feature a built in 4-port rotary manifold (8-port on SW190D8), shock absorbers for smooth deceleration, a center thru-hole to pass cables, and proximity switch mounting brackets.
