May 8, 2008 - Capable of bending wide range of profiles and materials to centerline radius as small as 4 times diameter of workpiece, Ercolina CE35 Angle Rolls offer capacity of 1½ in. schedule 40 pipe and 1½ in. angle iron. Units are designed to operate in vertical or horizontal position with roll speed up to 20 fpm. All include remote foot pedal for hands-free operation. With single-phase 220 V connection, machines are suited for shop and jobsite fabrication.

Ercolina Angle Roll Features Forged Roll Shafts Machined for Maximum Strength


Ercolina angle rolls are capable of bending a wide range of profiles and materials to centerline radius as small as four times diameter of the work piece. CE35 offers capacity to 1 ½" schedule 40 pipe and 1 ½" angle iron. Model CE35 is designed to operate in the vertical or horizontal position with roll speed up to twenty feet per minute and 20% faster than competitive models. All models include remote foot pedal for hands free operation. Standard universal tooling adjusts easily to most material profiles. Side mounted lateral roller system adjusts as necessary to create coil effect in work-piece. Center roll movement controlled manually of center roll with visible scale for position reference and repeating location. High strength 40MM roll shafts forged and machined for maximum strength. All drive shafts mounted in conical roller bearings reducing number of passes and increase work piece consistency. Single-phase 220-volt connection makes this machine ideal for shop and jobsite fabrication; tube & pipe, ornamental iron, custom automotive frame and exhaust, marine, awning, fence and sign manufacturing.
