Model 310HV4 can roll 6 x 1 ½ in. flat bar hard way, 6 in. Schedule 40 pipe, 5 x 5/8 in. angle leg in, and 6 x 5/8 in. angle leg out with standard equipment. It operates in both horizontal and vertical positions and features lateral guides that are adjustable in all 3 axes. System consists of 3 driven rolls, double initial pinch, universal roll bending machine with independent hydraulic adjustment of both lateral bending rolls and hydraulic powered rotation of all 3 rolls.

This machine is capable of rolling 6"x1-1/2" flat bar hard way, 6" Schedule 40 pipe, 5"x5/8" angle leg in and 6"x5/8" angle leg out with standard equipment. Operates in both Horizontal AND Vertical positions
The 310HV4 / CPHV-140 is a 3 driven rolls, double initial pinch universal roll bending machine with independent hydraulic adjustment of both lateral bending rolls and hydraulic powered rotation of all three rolls. Lateral guides are adjustable in all three axii. This versatile unit is ideal for rolling standard/special sections plus tube/pipe in mild-structural-stainless steels and a variety of other materials. Machines are furnished with a set of standard universal rolls.
