Unit includes remote pendant with low voltage controls and foot pedal for hands-free operation. Standard universal tooling adjusts to most material profiles, while digital display tracks position of center roll for repeatability, and side roller system adjusts to create coil effect in work piece.

Universal Tooling Set Included with ErcolinaŽ CE50


ErcolinaŽ angle roll model CE50 is capable of bending a wide range of profiles and materials to centerline radius as small as four times diameter of the work piece.

All models are designed to operate in the vertical or horizontal position with roll speeds up to twenty feet per minute. Included is a remote pendent with low voltage controls and foot pedal for hands-free operation. Standard universal tooling adjusts easily to most material profiles and digital display tracks position of center roll for repeatability. Threaded roll shafts with micrometric flange adjustment help to eliminate spacer usage and side roller system adjusts as necessary to create coil effect in work-piece.

Hydraulic models feature programmable controls with up to eight programs and unlimited passes. Manually controlled units are equipped with patented two-speed center roll for rapid center roll positioning. Inline direct drive roll shaft system provides high power transmission efficiency. Features include heavy duty structure and rigid components for high section modulus ratings and forged shafts are precision ground and fitted for maximum performance and minimal deflection.
