Customized Solution Provides Needed Data for Site-based KPIs and Decision Making FOXBOROUGH, MA - October 15, 2008 - Today, ICONICS, a 2008 Microsoft Gold Certified Partner of the Year and provider of Web-enabled, OPC-based, HMI/SCADA Visualization and Manufacturing Intelligence software for Microsoft Windows® operating systems, announced its new Facility Analytics(TM) facility-based analytical tool.
Facility Analytics is part of the ICONICS BizViz(TM) Analytics family of software and provides a set of pre-configured, out-of-the-box reports and data mining tools to assist facility managers in decision-making. The new analytical offering will work best when combined with ICONICS' new FacilityWorX(TM) facility-based visualization and control solution.
Such analytical reports can focus on reducing costs, optimizing load factors, decreasing fault response times or achieving overall better efficiency. Data can be provided throughout a facility from various systems and devices including standard environmental control, building automation systems (BAS), power/energy management, backup power/UPS/power generation, chillers, boiler/furnaces, security/access control/video, and fire alarms, just to name a few.
