Supplied in 5-pin SC70 packages, TS9001-1 and -2 single-supply analog comparators incorporate +1.252 V reference with 1% initial accuracy and respectively offer push-pull and open-drain output stages. Both operate from +1.6-5.5 V supply while consuming less than 0.65 µA supply current. Input voltage range extends 200 mV outside-the-rails, and there is no phase reversal for overdriven inputs. Other features include crowbar-current-free switching and internal hysteresis for clean switching.

Touchstone Semiconductor Introduces Its First Proprietary, Low-Power Comparators for Ultra-Low Power Applications
MILPITAS, Calif. - Touchstone Semiconductor, a developer of high-performance analog integrated circuit solutions, today announced the TS9001-1 and the TS9001-2, single-supply, low power analog comparators plus voltage reference integrated circuits. Both products are Touchstone Semiconductor's first analog comparator products in its "NanoWatt Analog(TM)" high-performance analog integrated circuits portfolio.
Both the TS9001-1 and the TS9001-2 are electrical specification improvements over the MAX9117 and the MAX9118, respectively. Both TS9001s incorporate a +1.252V reference with a 1% initial accuracy, a 33% initial accuracy improvement over the MAX9117 or the MAX9118. The TS9001-1 offers a robust push-pull output stage with increased output current drive while the TS9001-2 offers an open-drain output stage that can be used in mixed-voltage systems design. Both TS9001s are fully specified to operate from +1.6V to 5.5V supplies while consuming less than 0.65ìA supply current.
The TS9001s are optimally designed for low-voltage, power-sensitive applications. These applications include: telemetry and remote systems, medical instrumentation, battery monitoring/management, as well as mobile and other hand-held communication devices.
