San Diego, CA - Graham Architectural Products' smooth-operating tilt-and-turn aluminum window brings full-view living to hi-rise buildings, without sacrificing venting or easy window cleaning.

Dual action hardware permits the window to tilt in for top ventilation as well as provide side-hinge access for washing the window on both sides from the room interior. For venting, one tilts the vent into the room (indirect ventilation). For window cleaning, the sash swings inward from the left-hand side.
