July 24, 2003 - Form-stable Liners, for use with FIBCs, are available with Aluminum Barrier Foil, which protects integrity of sensitive bulk materials from heat, light, moisture, oxidation, loss of aroma, and other external influences. Accommodating 30% greater volume than standard shaped liners, aluminum liners are suitable for chemical, food, and pharmaceutical companies. Other applications include hygroscopic products, very fine powders, and products requiring heat resistance.

New and Exclusive Form-stable Aluminum Liner Is Latest Innovation from Packaging Concepts

Virginia Beach, VA - Popular form-stable liner for use with Packaging Concepts FIBCs is now available with an Aluminum Barrier Foil, which protects the integrity of sensitive bulk materials from heat, light, moisture, oxidation, loss of aroma and other external influences.

An industry exclusive, the new Aluminum liner offers the traditional advantage of our PE Delta liners. They substantially reduce transportation costs because they accommodate as much as 30 percent greater volume of bulk materials than standard shaped liners. Additionally, these liners protect your very sensitive products, unable to be shipped in a regular PE liner.

The new protective form-stable liners have had very favorable receptions by several large chemical companies packaging Polyamide (PA6). Increased loads of up to 28% more PA6 was attained using this package, than previously loaded in the same container using standard shaped aluminum liners. The new protective liners are also gaining popularity among food, pharmaceutical and chemical producers whose shipments of sensitive, often expensive products that are threatened by infrared and ultraviolet light, gas, water vapor and other environmental factors. Other applications include hygroscopic products, very fine powders and products requiring heat resistance.
