MedAir 2200-Air Quality Monitor for Hospital Compressed Air Systems
The new MedAir 2200 is a Compressed Air Line Analyzer designed for hospitals to monitor carbon monoxide and dew point. Medical institutions must follow ANSI/NFPA 99 quality standards for medical compressed air. That standard mandates continuous CO and dew point monitoring of compressed air which comes into contact with patients. Hundreds of the earlier MedAir monitors have been supplied to U.S. Military mobile medical facilities. The new improved MedAir 2200 series offers 4-20 mA outputs, relays, and RS 232/RS 485. The monitor is UL approved to: UL 60601-1, IEC 60601-1 and CSA 22.2 No. 601.1. The MedAir 2200 is standard for CO and dew point, and other gas sensors are available.
