Air Powered Saw Bracket Creates a Portable Chop-Off Saw

An air powered boiler tube panel saw that instantly converts to a portable chop-off saw, using a simple chain-mount bracket, and produces a perfectly square cut is available from ESCO Tool of Medfield, Massachusetts.

The ESCO Single Cut Bracket instantly converts their APS-438 Air-Powered Saw into a portable chop-off saw, using a chain-mount bracket, for cutting tube, pipe, or bar stock from 2" to 5" O.D. Producing a perfectly square cut with ±1/16" accuracy, it features a fiberglass reinforced abrasive blade that can cut stainless steel, inconel, and other hard materials.

Ideal for fit-up work, fabrication shops, and on-site use, the ESCO Single Cut Bracket and APS-438 Air-Powered Saw is easy to set-up and requires no special training. Featuring a rugged 3 HP motor that runs on 90 psi, the saw uses 10" or 12" fiberglass reinforced abrasive blades that outlast reciprocating hack saw blades and leave no HAZ (heat affected zone).

The ESCO Single Cut Bracket and APS-438 Air-Powered Saw create a portable chop-off saw that sells for $5,245.00 (list). The bracket is available separately for $450.
