Available in 5 sizes up to 2 in. for fitting common hose and tube diameters, Heavy Duty Line Vac is made of hardened alloy and transports material through ordinary hose or tube without moving parts or electricity. In-line conveyor, used to transfer complex shapes, bulk solids, and waste, has throat diameter that makes it possible to convey material over long vertical and horizontal distances. Material conveying rate is controlled via pressure regulator.

Air Powered Conveyor has High Throughput and Resists Wear
EXAIR's new Heavy Duty Line Vac is a powerful in-line conveyor that transports high volumes of material through ordinary hose or tube. Commonly used to transfer complex shapes, bulk solids and waste, the units feature large throat diameters that make it possible to convey more material over long vertical and horizontal lengths. The conveying rate is typically twice that of ordinary air powered conveyors.
Heavy Duty Line Vac ejects a small amount of compressed air through directed nozzles into the throat to produce a vacuum on one end and high output flows on the other. Response is instantaneous. The material conveying rate is easily controlled with a pressure regulator. An optional bracket permits easy mounting. No moving parts or electricity assures maintenance free operation.
Designed for rugged, industrial applications, Heavy Duty Line Vac has a hardened alloy construction that helps prevent premature wear. Five sizes up to 2" (51mm) are available that fit popular hose and tube diameters. Applications include part transfer, hopper loading, material conveying, waste/trim removal, fiber tensioning, chip removal, and filling operations. Prices start at $295.
