Elima-Matic® Air Valve System eliminates blow-by, and enables non-stalling, non-icing, lube-free operation. Pump is available in polypropylene and Kynar® wetted materials with Santoprene®, Geolast®, or Teflon® interiors. Mounted upright, sideways, or inverted, unit is suited for ink dispensing, oil and quick lube, foaming, chemical batching, and adhesive applications.

Versa-Matic's New Mini-Matic(TM) Pumps Provide Maximum Performance in a Miniature Package


Versa-Matic® announces a new pump product that fits all the dependable performance of their full-size pumps into a versatile and compact design. The E8 3/8" Mini-Matic(TM) Pump weighs just three pounds, yet is capable of pumping up to 6.8 gallons per minute (26 liters per minute) and delivering pressures up to 100 psi (6.8 bar) - making this convenient, adaptable pump ideal for a range of demanding applications.

The Mini-Matic can be mounted upright, sideways, or inverted to adapt to uses in: ink and pigment dispensing; car wash applications; oil and quick lube applications; foaming applications; chemical batching and dosing; adhesive applications; OEM applications; as well as, drum/pail transfer.

These revolutionary pumps feature Versa-Matic's patented Elima-Matic® Air Valve System to eliminate blow-by, and deliver non-stalling, non-icing, lube-free operation. Mini-Matic Pumps are available in Polypropylene- and Kynar®-wetted construction materials, with XL (Santoprene®), Geolast®, or Teflon® interiors.
