Abrasion-proof probes are available for pipes and ducts, while non-intrusive ring sensors are available for tubing. Combining time-of-flight/cross correlation principle with charge induction and current measurement techniques, monitors are suited for process pipes, injection lines, dryers, cyclones, precipitators, and baghouses.

The AF 100 Series air flow monitors are designed specifically for measuring air flow/velocity in high particulate processes and stacks. There are no orifices or thermal elements to clog and installation is simple with no precise alignment or calibration. Abrasion proof probes are available for small pipes to large ducts while non-intrusive ring sensors are available for tubing. Combining a time-of-flight/cross correlation principle with the company’s field proven charge induction and ultra low current measurement techniques these monitors provide absolute air velocity/volume measurement without concern for contamination from particulate.
