Working with CELL-O® EZ air cushion machine, SPEED FEEDER(TM) automatically separates EZ Double Cushion(TM) air cushions at perforation and then delivers them directly into shipping cartons. Portable system is programmable to yield strings of set number of cushions, or single, continuous cushion string without packer having to manually tear cushions. Foot pedal override feature also allows operator to fill box as required, without permanent setting change.

Machine Boasts Industry's Fastest Dispensing Speed: 180 LF per Minute

The SPEED FEEDER works synergistically with the company's CELL-O® EZ air cushion machine, automatically separating (at the perforation) then delivering EZ Double Cushion(TM) air cushions directly into shipping cartons. Using the new SPEED FEEDER, at 180 LF per minute, operators can pack faster and surpass the speed of any automatic case sealer on the market.

Other SPEED FEEDER benefits include ease of use, flexibility and portability. A foot pedal override feature also lets the operator fill a larger box without a permanent setting change.
