Featuring a smaller, more cost-efficient footprint, simple installation and intelligent controls - the new contact-cooled 125-200 hp ( 90-160 kW) compressors are the smart path to operational longevity in a variety of high-use markets and applications that include automotive, metal fabrication, conveyance, textile manufacturing and more.

115° F (46 C) Ambient, Continuous - duty Rated- The new contact-cooled compressors maintain a steady 115-degrees (46 celsius) running temperature, which ensures greater tolerance of environmental influences that often create overheat events and nuisance shutdowns with other compressors.
Superior Cooling System: Ingersoll Rand's sickle-shaped blade design delivers more efficient cooling by reducing drag while reducing noise emission.
Durable, High-Efficiency Air -Ends- Refined over years of continuous improvement, the Ingersoll Rand air-end is known throughout industry for its trouble-free operation, minimal maintenance and consistently high performance. At the heart of this superior performance is the Ingersoll Rand Integral Gear Drive arrangement. This simple and reliable drive system features smooth-running helical gears that compensate thrust for optimized performance. By eliminating couplings and stub shafts, with additional bearings or power-sapping belts, the Ingersoll Rand drive arrangement assures trouble-free, efficient operation with longer life.
Star -delta Starters - The contact-cooled compressor provides a cushioned, controlled start-up through its Star-delta starter design. This starter avoids power surges while in turn extending component life. Solid -state starters are also offered as an option.
