Nex Air Blade utilizes Coanda effect to amplify air flow, dramatically reducing air consumption. Made of anodized aluminum or stainless steel for high temperature and food grade applications, it includes instant on/off with no moving parts for maintenance free operation. Sizes range from 3-36 in. Applications include blow-off of water and coolant, and cooling of webs and parts. Several mounting options are available for ease of installation.

New High Efficiency Curtain Air Blow-Offs Reduce Air Consumption
The "new" Nex Air Blade is the ideal system for the blowoff and cooling of parts, webs and other materials. The system utilizes the Coanda effect to amplify air flow dramatically reducing air consumption. The system is high quality, low in cost, with a full flow design, rugged build and with several mounting options for ease of installation and maintenance by the customer.
