LOC-LINE® Adjustable Hose System is available with hose option for moderate-pressure applications. Its ¼ in. Extended Elbow, when combined with Extended Elements and Element Clamps, allows design of complete coolant hoses that will work for pressures up to 110 psi. This elbow, which curves 90° over 1.5 in., requires 2 Element Clamps to accommodate use with higher pressures. Combined with Side Flow Nozzles or T Fittings, it can create complete rigid circle around cutter.

Introducing the New ¼" Extended Elbow
LOC-LINE® Adjustable Hose System, manufactured by Lockwood Products, Inc., has developed a new hose option for moderate pressure applications. The new ¼" Extended Elbow when combined with Extended Elements and Element Clamps, allows the design of complete coolant hoses that will work for pressures up to 110 psi.
Curving 90 degrees over 1.5", the ¼" Extended Elbow only requires 2 Element Clamps versus 6 Clamps for our traditional Loc-Line hose to accommodate use with higher pressures. This saves time and set up costs. Combined with Side Flow Nozzles or T Fittings, the Extended Elbow can create a complete rigid circle around the cutter.
