New Line of Polyurethane Products Increases Commercial Application Capabilities
The QUIKRETEŽ Companies today extended its line of commercial grade products with the introduction of two polyurethane sealants and a polyurethane adhesive. The new Polyurethane Self-Leveling Sealant, Polyurethane Non-Sag Sealant and Polyurethane Construction Adhesive are one-component products used for a variety of commercial applications and materials.

QUIKRETEŽ Polyurethane Self-Leveling Sealant is ideal for primerless sealing and bonding of common building materials. The permanent-flexible polymeric multi-purpose product was specifically designed for flowing into horizontal crevices and general purpose horizontal joint sealing applications. QUIKRETEŽ Polyurethane Self-Leveling Sealant is designed for waterproofing and sealing horizontal construction joints and cracks in sidewalks, driveways, industrial floors, parking decks, roadways, general purpose joint sealing, and flashing and waterproofing membranes below grade. QUIKRETEŽ Polyurethane Self-Leveling Sealant, which is non-staining and has virtually no shrinkage is currently available in 10.1 oz. (300 ml) and 29.1 oz. (858 ml) tubes.
QUIKRETEŽ Polyurethane Non-Sag Sealant is a permanent-flexible polymeric multi-purpose product used for sealing vertical and overhead joints in concrete, masonry, and stucco, caulking around window and door openings and waterproofing cracked concrete. QUIKRETEŽ Polyurethane Construction Adhesive is ideal for repairing broken concrete and fastening wood, polystyrene insulation, metal or glass to concrete and masonry surfaces. The permanent elastic bond characteristic makes QUIKRETEŽ Polyurethane Construction Adhesive perfect for perimeter sealing and bonding materials that expand at different rates. QUIKRETEŽ Polyurethane Construction Adhesive is currently available in 10.3 oz. (300 ml) tubes.
Tested to ASTM standards, the three new QUIKRETEŽ polyurethane products require the removal of dirt, oil, moisture and old adhesives and sealants before application. After sanding or grinding to expose sound surface, cut the plastic tip to desired size and puncture airtight seal at the base of the tip. Using a caulk gun, force product into the area being bonded or sealed and smooth to desired shape.
