Nordson Introduces Altablue(TM) TT Adhesive Melters with Dual Stream Pumps for Consistency and Uniformity of Beads
DULUTH, GA - September 29, 2008 - Since 2007, AltaBlue(TM) TT adhesive melters from Nordson Corporation (Nasdaq: NDSN) have delivered enhanced flexibility, reliability, durability and performance to nonwovens, product assembly and packaging operations. Today, Nordson announced three new AltaBlue TT adhesive melters with dual stream pumps. The dual stream pumps allow the AltaBlue TT melter to be easily adapted to applications requiring duplicate metered streams for exceptional consistency and uniformity of beads.
Like the original AltaBlue TT melter, the AltaBlue TT 10-liter melter with dual stream pumps can process a wide range of materials in demanding applications with a high level of control. The addition of dual stream pumps delivers a number of benefits for nonwoven and product assembly applications that require duplicate, concurrent metered streams, including better resolution at all pump speeds for processes requiring control of small bead sizes. AltaBlue TT melters also enable a broadened product offering for better application range coverage.
