March 2, 2011 - Alto Acoustical Wood Planking System and Sereno Acoustical Wood Panel System are constructed of MDF core and hardwood veneer laminate face that is perforated for acoustical absorption. Both products feature NRC ratings from 0.70-1.0 when 1 or 2 in. thick fiberglass is placed behind panels. They are suitable for conference rooms, reception areas, auditoriums, and other places where absorption and reverberation control are required.

Kinetics Noise Control Inc. Dublin, OH, proudly introduces two new sound absorptive, acoustical wood products, the Alto Acoustical Wood Planking System and the Sereno Acoustical Wood Panel System. These high end wood products are popular with designers seeking beautiful wood finishes and good acoustics.

Both products are constructed of a MDF core and hardwood veneer laminate face perforated for acoustical absorption. NRC ratings range from 0.70 to 1.0 with 1" or 2" fiberglass behind the panel.
