December 5, 2012 - Along with magnetic detection and M12 connector, CMV36-M features DRIVE-CLiQ open interface which lets users select measuring system that best fits application. Encoders using measurement techniques, such as magnetic/inductive sensors, can also be connected through DRIVE-CLiQ. Due in part to reading of specific data from electronic rating plates of drive components, encoder features error-free parameterization of drive as well as accelerated commissioning and diagnostics.

The CMV36-M rotary encoder from TR Electronic features the DRIVE-CLiQ interface and enables users to select the best measuring system for their application.

The new absolute multi-turn rotary encoder with DRIVE-CLiQ is ideal for the integration of TR Electronic Encoders with the motion controller world of Siemens. DRIVE-CLiQ is an open interface that lets users select the measuring system that is the best fit for their application. Encoders using new measurement techniques such as magnetic/inductive sensors can also be connected through DRIVE-CLiQ. DRIVE-CLiQ is used worldwide in many different machines and plants and allows for the connection of devices from various manufacturers.

The CMV36-M absolute encoder from TR Electronic with DRIVE-CLiQ uses a high-performance drive system for motion control applications with innovative, future-oriented system architecture. This absolute multi-turn rotary encoder with magnetic detection features a M12 connector axial and easily integrates into the motion controller world of Siemens using SINUMERIK and SINAMICS.

The CMV36-M with DRIVE-CLiQ features error free parameterization of the drive, fast commissioning and rapid diagnostics. This is due in part to the reading of specific data from the electronic rating plates of the drive components. Integrated safety functions are also supported.

The CMV36-M absolute multi-turn rotary encoder with DRIVE-CLiQ from TR Electronic is ideal for use in machine tools, packaging machines, metal forming technology, textile machines and handling units among many others.
