Rex-Cut® Grind and Blend Kit includes Sigma Green wheel with zirconia-ceramic grain and proprietary bonding to aggressively grind-out cracks and remove welds. It also features Cotton Fiber Type 27 blending and finishing wheel, which leaves 32 RMS or better finish on stainless steel and also works on aluminum. Packaged in clamshell, kit's two 4½ in. dia wheels are offered with or without hubs.

A new kit that includes an abrasive grinding wheel and a blending wheel to provide a complete solution for heavy weld removal on stainless steel and aluminum is being introduced by Rex-Cut Products, Inc. of Fall River, MA.
The Rex-Cut® Grind and Blend Kit includes a Sigma Green wheel featuring a zirconia-ceramic grain and proprietary bonding for aggressively grinding-out cracks and removing welds and a Cotton Fiber Type 27 blending and finishing wheel that leaves a 32 RMS or better finish on stainless steel.
Packaged in a handy clamshell, the Rex-Cut® Grind and Blend Kit provides a one- two-punch, claims the firm. The two 4 ½" dia. wheels are offered with or without hubs and the Sigma Green wheel cuts up to 50% faster than aluminum oxide while the Type 27 wheel is resilient for smooth operation.
The Rex-Cut® Grind and Blend Kit sells for $14.95 (list) with hubs and $12.95 without. The clear point-of-purchase package displays the product in front and includes an insert with specifications and a SKU on the back.
