August 28, 2009 - Consisting of 1 U/19 in. rack-mount 3-bay power shelf and mating power modules, ATCA Power Systems offer 12/24/48 V outputs and optional I2C/IPMI digital interface. System features universal ac input of 85-264 Vac with active power factor correction, over voltage/current/temperature protection circuits, hot-swap/redundant operation, ATCA compliant LED indicators, and auxiliary 3.3 VSB power. All models are CE marked, certified to EN60950, UL60950, and meet EN55022 class A emissions.

New 1U High ATCA Power System Offers 800~1500W Modules and 3-Bay Power Shelf


Digital Power announces the release of its new ATCA Power Systems, which consists of a 1U / 19" rack-mount / 3-bay power shelf and mating power modules and offers 800 to 1500 watts of power with 12 / 24 / 48V outputs and an optional I2C / IPMI digital interface.

The ATCA Power System features a universal AC input (85 to 264VAC) with active power factor correction (EN61000-3-2 Class D compliant); over voltage / current / temperature protection circuits; hot-swap / redundant operation; full featured analog status and control signals; ATCA compliant LED indicators; auxiliary 3.3VSB power; operational efficiency up to 89%; and reliability of >300k hours per Bellcore 332 Issue 6 (30°C). The power system can be quickly configured to meet customer-specific requirements for a best fit into specific applications. All models are CE marked, certified to EN60950, UL60950 and meet EN55022 class A emissions.
