Attachments facilitate switch-over from solids to liquids, and LCD shows instant results. Insensitive to ambient light, product is also immune to vibration, dust, and dirt. Suited for harsh production environments, wireless instrument can transmit data to Main Plant PLCs or DCS.

BRIMROSE has introduced new series of miniature AOTF – NIR spectrometers. The solid state compact design powered by battery allows to perform laboratory tasks anywhere in the plant. The innovative design allows quick switch-over from solids to liquids and the LCD will show instant results. Model 5030 AOTF-NIR Portable Analyzer is totally insensitive to ambient light, immune to vibration, dust, dirt and designed to work reliable in harsh production environments.
No complicated sample preparation, no more waiting for lab results, no more costly waste / solvent disposal.
Application includes specification verification, raw material identification, measurement of moisture and active ingredients in powders, pellets, resins, solids, liquids, gels, paper, textile, plastic, carpets; fruit grains: fat / sugar & protein. Upon instrument calibration is completed, any inexperience operator can use it. Wireless data transmission to the Main Plant PLC’s or DCS is optional. A novel miniature portable design of the Model 5030 is powerful cost effective tool for inspection of incoming raw materials, quality control and waste reduction.
