MENTOR, Ohio -- Qualtek, a leading manufacturer of fan and fan accessories, introduces its series of High Performance Low Cost, HPLC series, AC and DC axial fans tested to withstand harsh environmental conditions, including dust and water. The axial fan series with sizes ranging from 172mm to 280mm have met or exceeds the international standard IEC 60529 for dust, moisture, and direct water exposure and have been certified to IP56. HPLC fans conform to standards such as IP54, IP55, and IP56, assuring that the fans will withstand years of hard use in harsh environment applications.
The FDA2 series HPLC AC fans feature a thermal protected external rotor capacitor-run induction motor, two ball bearing system with an available 100,000 hour bearing option, aluminum alloy frame, one piece forged steel impeller, and optional UL94V-0 plastic impeller for increased airflow.
The FDD1 series HPLC DC fans feature an IC protected brushless DC, two ball bearing system with an available 100,000 hour bearing option, aluminum alloy frame, one piece forged steel impeller and optional UL94V-0 plastic impeller for increased airflow and available with alarm, tachometer, and PWM configurations.
Qualtek also offers a complete range of AC and DC fans in a large variety of bearing types: 2-Ball, 1-Ball 1-Sleeve, and Sleeve, with a wide range of speeds.
