September 14, 2011 - With near 90% efficient design, RCB/MCB Series can be configured from main input chassis with up to 4 or 8 isolated outputs in virtually any combination of 5, 12, 24, and 48 V output modules. Custom-configured solutions come standard with universal input voltages and Active Power Factor Correction. System level integration features include current share, 5 V bias supply, remote voltage and current programming, start-up voltage sequencing, N+1 redundancy, and global inhibit.

Castelfidardo, Italy - ROAL Electronics S.p.A. has certified several new Configuration Centers for the RCB/MCB Series of modular, configurable power supplies in Europe, the USA and China. These new fulfilment centers are stocked and ready to configure custom power supplies from standard components, speeding time to market and saving costly custom design expense.

Flexible and reliable, the RCB/MCB power supply series combines a modular, configurable architecture with a near 90% efficient design. Its high density footprint, the smallest of it's kind in the industry today, ensures an easy fit in very tight spaces across a wide range of applications including industrial, telecom, test and measurement, and medical environments.

Units are configured from a main input chassis with up to four (4) or eight (8) isolated outputs in virtually any combination of 5V, 12V, 24V and 48V output modules. Standard features include universal input voltages and Active Power Factor Correction. System level integration features include current share, 5V bias supply, remote voltage & current programming, start-up voltage sequencing, N+1 redundancy and global inhibit.
