Offering outputs from 8-12 W, products accept 90-264 Vac universal input that is isolated from DC output and operate with 80% efficiency. Packages measure 2.56 x 1.50 x 1.06 in., and IP65/67 ratings are available.

TRUMPower Unveils Low Cost 12W AC/DC LED Power Supplies with Constant Current of 350mA to 1000mA
Santa Clara, California-TRUMPower launches its 12 Watt LIS12 series of constant current AC/DC LED power supplies, which can efficiently drive high bright LEDs in series. This series is an addition to the company's LED power supply product line. TRUMPower's AC/DC LED power supplies range from 5W to 120W and the DC/DC LED power supplies range from 8W to 12W.
It accepts a 90 to 264 VAC universal input, which is isolated from the DC output. Featuring a high efficiency of 80%, the LIS12 series includes 4 standard models. Model LIS12-36-350, with a forward voltage range of 18V-36V is suitable for driving 6 to 9 PCS of 1W white LEDs in series, where 350mA constant current is required. Model LIS12-24-500, having a forward voltage range of 12V-24V and 500mA constant current, is recommended for driving 4 to 6 PCS of 2W white LEDs in series. Model LIS12-18-700 is suitable for driving 3-4 3W white LEDs in series at 700mA constant current and a forward voltage range of 9V-18V. Model LIS12-12-1000 has a forward voltage range of 9V-12V and can drive 2 to 3 white LEDs in series, where 1000mA constant current is required. If special output currents or voltages, different footprints or other requirements are needed, TRUMPower can custom design power supplies to accommodate to special needs.
Enclosed in a UL rated plastic case with AC and DC lead wires, all models are ready for easy installation. IP 65 and IP 67 ratings are both optionally available. The units operate at an ambient temperature of -20°C to +50°C without forced cooling air and with an output current temperature coefficient of ±0.025% per °C maximum. The series is compactly designed, measuring only 2.56" (L) by 1.50" (W) by 1.06" (H). It has short-circuit and overload protections and there is also an optional dimming control.
The LIS12 series is RoHS compliant and meets CE requirements. The units are designed to meet EMI standards EN 55015 and IEC-60950-1, UL1310 class 2, UL-65901-1 safety standards.
The LIS12 series are priced at $7.50/ea in OEM quantity. Lead time for units is 2-4 weeks.
