LEM Introduces A DIN Rail Mount, Split-Core AC Current Transducer Based On PRIME® Technology

LEM Components, the world leader in the measurement of electrical parameters, has unveiled a new family of current transducers, with an innovative mechanical design and the first-ever application of the PRIME® technology sensing principle for the industrial automation, offering improved accuracy, bandwidth and linearity.

The new AP and APR series of current transducers offers dramatic savings in installation time for panel-mount applications by combining split-core functionality and quick connect wiring in a compact, DIN-rail mountable enclosure. Additional features of the AP and APR series are the user-selectable measuring ranges (from 10A to 400A), choice of output options available (4-20mA or 0-5/0-10V), and a large sensing aperture. LEM Components offers a five-year warranty for their products.
