New, Hand-Held Professional Mixer Includes Variable Speed For Easy Start-Up
CS Unitec has announced the availability of a hand-held mixer with a variable-speed motor. This mixer's trigger-operated speed control allows slow rotation of the mixing paddle in order to start the stirring of the material without splash-back. The speed is infinitely variable from 0 to 580 RPM.
The Model EHR20S is a durable, lightweight mixer designed for use
on construction sites or in industry. It provides optimal mixing of mortar, plaster, epoxy, gypsum, lime, concrete, cement, and other materials of medium-to-high viscosity. In professional mixing applications, this heavy-duty mixer is a practical alternative to using an ordinary drill with a geared chuck and paddle.
With its powerful 10 AMP, high-torque motor, this model has the
capacity to mix batches of material up to 110 pounds. Efficient blending of the material is achieved by CS Unitec's special helical paddle design, which stirs the product from the bottom up. This prevents air from being pulled down into the material during mixing.
The EHR20S features a special bow handle design for ergonomic
balance and comfortable gripping. The bow handle also protects the motor against dirt or damage when the mixer is put down.
This mixer comes complete with a mixing paddle for high-viscosity
material. A paddle for medium-viscosity products is optional. The paddles are made of robust welded steel and are galvanized to prevent corrosion or abrasion. The paddles have a threaded connection for quick and easy attachment to the mixing motor.
