Portable DC Inverter offers constant-current output.

May 6, 2002 - Single-phase, 230/460 Vac, 50/60 Hz P-Wee(R) 250 GTS power source is designed for STICK, high frequency TIG, and Lift Start TIG welding applications. It includes adjustable hot start and automatically adjusts arc control for smooth operation with all electrodes. Standard controls include gas valve, built-in sloper, spot timer, pulser, and high-frequency starting. Fixed preflow is provided and current level automatically adjusts postflow.

P-Wee® 250 GTS Provides Best Combination of Power, Portability and Convenience

The P-Wee® 250 GTS is a single-phase, 230/460 VAC, single-phase 50/60 Hz DC inverter arc welding power source with Constant Current (CC) output characteristics providing the best combination of power, portability and convenience. Designed for
STICK (SMAW), High Frequency TIG and Lift Start TIG welding applications, the unit comes standard with an adjustable hot start and automatically adjusts arc control for smooth and easy operation with all electrodes.

The tough, industrial plastic case is lightweight (27 lbs./12 kg) and its compact design and carry handle makes this unit ideal for light industrial applications.

Standard controls of the P-Wee® 250 GTS include gas valve, built-in sloper, spot timer, pulser and high frequency starting. A fixed preflow is provided and the current level automatically adjusts postflow.
