LodeRail(TM) pedestal and wall mounted jib cranes hold up to 1,000 lb with span up to 16 ft. Height under boom is up to 14 ft. When crane is pedestal mounted, it has 360 deg rotation, and 200 deg rotation when it is wall mounted. Steel hoist trolley handles hook suspended lift devices. Only 1% of payload weight is required to begin moving jib arm. When jib arm is pedestal mounted, bearing surfaces decrease efforts required. Cranes are painted safety yellow.

New offering engineered to Columbus McKinnon design specifications
AMHERST, N.Y., U.S.A., April 8-11, 2002 - Columbus McKinnon(R) recently announced the introduction of its new LodeRail(TM) pedestal and wall mounted jib cranes. The cranes are ergonomically designed to reduce injuries and increase productivity. They are also painted safety yellow to reduce injuries as well. The lightweight truss design means less effort to move the jib arm. Only 1 percent of the payload weight in force is required to begin moving the LodeRail jib arm. When the jib arm is pedestal mounted, bearing surfaces decrease the efforts required and as a result, increase performance. The roller or ball bearings at the pivot points provide extremely smooth movement.
LodeRail cranes are entirely steel constructed and are able to hold up to 1,000 pounds, have a span up to 16 feet and the height under the boom is up to 14 feet. When the crane is pedestal mounted, it has 360 degree rotation and 200 degree rotation when it is wall mounted. Included with the crane is a steel hoist trolley for hook suspended lift devices.
